4EVERLEARNING WEBSITE (“4EVERLEARNING WEBSITE (S)”)
The following Compulsory Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of all Websites (“Website(s)”) owned, operated, or controlled by 4ever Learning (UK) Ltd. Reg 04826478, hereinafter referred to as “4everlearning”.
These Terms of Use, effective from 1st November 2019, apply whether you are a registered user or just a visitor to 4everlearning (“User”).
1) GENERAL
Please do not proceed to visit the Website(s) if for any reason you do not, or cannot, accept these Terms in totality.
By linking to, or using, this Website at any time, you are accepting the Terms herein.
If you are unable or unwilling to abide by all the Terms set out herein, then you must act as if you never communicated with this site and you must disregard all of its content, destroying all information related to 4everlearning and remove all links and visits to the 4everlearning Website.
4everlearning may revise or otherwise make any changes it deems necessary to any part of this Website at any time, without notice, and without liability to users of the Website. 4everlearning also reserves the right to discontinue, restrict, or otherwise terminate access to the Website at any time, either temporarily or permanently, without notice and without liability.
4everlearning makes no claims that the Content (defined as any images, documents, text, audio or video files contained on the 4everlearning website) is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the UK. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons in certain countries. If you access the Content from outside the UK, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your country of jurisdiction.
If any provision contained within these terms shall be found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall in no way affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions contained herein. All rights not expressly granted to the user in these terms and conditions of use remain exclusively with 4everlearning and are hereby reserved to 4everlearning. These terms and conditions of use represent the whole of the agreement between the user and 4everlearning in connection with the use of the 4everlearning Website or linked-to Websites, or the material and content contained therein. No amendment, modification, change, or binding interpretation of this agreement shall be made by any person other than 4everlearning and shall only be made in writing by 4everlearning.
2) USER’S AGREEMENT
By using the 4everlearning Website, users represent that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of use herein contained.
Users also represent that they are at least 18 years of age, and if younger, then users represent that they are old enough, or are otherwise legally enabled by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the user views any 4everlearning Website, to be contractually bound by these terms and conditions of use.
The Website content is intended to be for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on the Website.
4everlearning users wanting verifiable certificates must be aware that we run full auditing programmes on all member logs before issuing certificates.
Please note: If we suspect abuse or fraudulent use of our systems, we reserve the right to inform the appropriate authorities. 4everlearning reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to all, or any portion, of the Services for violation or suspected violation of these Terms of Service.
3) REGISTRATION
By becoming a registered user, you will be able to access some parts of 4everlearning which are not available to other visitors. This includes allowing you to gain access to some or all of the learning Content made available on the 4everlearning website. Details relating to our use of your personal data and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Through signing up as a registered 4everlearning user you agree that you will:
– Set up your account in your own name, and not seek to represent yourself as someone else
– Provide a valid email address.
– Only set up one account per person.
– Not let anyone else use your account.
– Ensure you register to the membership product corresponding to your current job title (e.g. Dentist, Dental Nurse, Hygienist). If, for example, we find that the product you have purchased does not correspond to your job title, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.
– Keep your login details, including your password secret.
– Notify us if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
If we reasonably believe you are breaching any of these requirements, or any of the other Terms of Use, we may suspend or terminate your account.
When using 4everlearning you must always act honestly and appropriately. Unacceptable behaviour includes being abusive, offensive, defamatory, or infringing anyone’s privacy.
You will be able to access your registered account with your email address (or username) and password.
You will be able to update your GDC accreditation number, job position, about yourself, email address and password from the ‘My Account’ page. If you wish to change your name or username associated to your membership account you will need to email support@4everlearning.com
4) REFUND POLICY
Individual Subscription and Practice Subscription Termination.
If you are an Individual Subscriber, or a Practice Subscriber, then in addition to any other rights under these Terms of Service, you may cancel any Subscription for any reason during the fourteen (14) day period from the Effective Date by sending written notice to the Company at support@4everlearning.com
If you do so, and with respect to any paying Subscription, 4everlearning may charge you a proportionate amount of the Subscription Fee, and payment charges, incurred by 4everlearning, for the part of the Subscription that you have used.
To terminate your membership simply email us at support@4everlearning.com
After the fourteen (14) day period from the Effective Date, you will not be entitled to a refund for any paid subscription (individual subscription or practice subscription).
5) TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
4everlearning reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time and without notice, including and not limited to:
– If you violate any provision of these Terms.
– If we discover that you have provided us with false information.
– If your membership fees are not paid by the due date.
– If you attempt in any way to copy, illegally distribute or reverse engineer the software.
– If you attempt to tamper with the CPD recording algorithms.
– If we suspect any abuse or fraudulent use of our systems.
If you want to terminate your account, you can do so by emailing support@4everlearning.com
On termination of your membership we will remove any personal information you provided within the timeframe and limitations outlined in the Privacy Policy.
6) ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
We will try to ensure 4everlearning is available to you at all times. However, 4everlearning does not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.
We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all, or any part of, our Website without notice. No Liability can be accepted in respect of losses or damages arising if, for any reason, our Website is unavailable at any time, or for any period.
Whilst we seek to make 4everlearning available as widely as possible, some features and functionality may not work on all browsers or devices.
Please note that when using internet hosted platform and websites, general issues such as browser compatibility, internet connection strength and internet connection speed, and other matters outside of our control, may affect the quality and availability of 4everlearning. We do not take any responsibility for these sorts of matters.
To use 4everlearning on your computer or other devices, users will need to meet the minimum operating requirements which are outlined in the Help Centre of our platform software provider ClickLMS. Also contained at the Help Centre are further help articles for general technical queries, including but not limited to, to platform registration, platform usage, earning CPD, generating certificates.

7) EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Every effort has been made by the 4everleaning Clinical Team to preview and screen all the Website content, information, and links, as being suitable for verifiable CPD, as described in the GDC guidelines.
Our advanced programming also helps ensure that members online CPD activity is accurately verified, but with a bias to under-recording, to help prevent abuse and over-recording of verifiable CPD.
All users must accept this Quality Assurance system, and that whilst every effort has been made to ensure current and future accuracy, 4everlearning will not be held liable for any errors, omissions or consequences of failure in the above, how so ever caused.
8) GDC CPD REQUIREMENTS
All our verifiable CPD is audited and designed to comply with the requirements for enhanced verifiable CPD as laid out by the GDC (General Dental Council).
Please note the GDC does not approve any CPD providers and users MUST do their own checks and due diligence.
9) ACCESS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES OR “LINKED-TO WEB SITE(S)”
Links contained in the Website are provided for information only and do not imply any endorsement by 4everlearning. The use of linked-to websites is entirely at your own risk. We do not make any representation as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of information on those other websites, and we accept no liability for the content of any linked-to website, or any link contained within a linked-to website.
We are not responsible or liable for anything that happens to you when you visit these third-party websites and resources. The Terms outlined herein do not apply to any linked-to website. It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions contained within any linked-to website as these third-party websites may have their own terms of use.
10) SUITABILITY OF ADVICE
The information contained or made available through the Website is provided as an informational service to the users of 4everlearning. It does not constitute medical/dental, or any other professional advice.
4everlearning attempts to provide quality and up to date information, but makes no claims, promises, guarantees or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or adequacy of the information contained in, or on, the Website or websites linked to through hyperlinks, or connected by “framing” or “in lining” (hereinafter “linked-to Website(s)”).

The terms and conditions of use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England without regard to conflicts of law provisions. By using the 4everlearning Website, users represent that they agree that any action arising out of, or relating to, these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
