4everlearning has moved to a brand new platform

On 13 November 2019 we moved 4everlearning to a brand new IT platform hosted by our sister company ClickLMS.

When you log in you will now see a brand new, modern interface that will make searching for, and earning verifiable CPD a whole lot more enjoyable.

As part of this move we have also significantly refreshed and enhanced the CPD content on offer. We intend to add new content more regularly from leaders in their clinical and non-clinical fields to ensure there is engaging and compelling CPD content for the whole dental team.

ClickLMS is 4everlearning’s sister company – and is wholly owned by 4everlearning. They have developed an online learning platform specifically for the online CPD industry.

4everlearning is now powered by ClickLMS’s intuitive, secure and user friendly software.

The new log in page can be found at 4everlearning.clicklms.com/auth

1. You will need to reset your password to access the new website for the first time.

This is for data security purposes as we have strengthened our password requirement rules.

To reset your password please follow these simple steps:

• Please click here or alternatively click ‘Forgot Password’ on the new login page.
• Enter the email address that is connected to your old 4everlearning account (the email address to which this email was sent) so that you can be emailed a password reset link.
• Click the link sent in the email within 1 hour to set up a new password. You will then be able to login to the new website.

** If you do not receive the email within a few minutes please check your spam/junk folder and add support@clicklms.com to your contact list. **

2. Save the new 4everlearning login page to your favourites.

The login page for the new 4everlearning site has changed and can now be accessed at 4everlearning.clicklms.com

Please save this URL in your favourites list so you can easily access the login page in the future.

3. Enrol to your first course.

All available courses will be displayed in your Catalogue (login required) which is accessed from the header menu (or by clicking the burger menu top left of your screen if accessing the site via a mobile device). There are over 100 hours of CPD content to choose from across 115+ courses and 18 categories.

When you find a course that interests you, click ‘View’ to access the course overview page. Here you can see the course summary, learning content, aims & objectives, and development outcomes.

Click ‘Enrol’ and you will be able to start taking the learning resources in each of the modules. Once enrolled, the course will no longer be displayed in the Catalogue, instead you will find it in your ‘My Courses’ list.

** Please be aware that you will only be awarded your certificate upon completion of all learning resources in the course. Certificates are accessed by clicking on the account icon top right of the screen. **

Our dedicated Practice Support team are available to answer all of your questions and help with the administration of your Practice Membership.

If you need to change a member’s details, or add/remove a practice member please contact us at practice@4everlearning.com and we will make the changes within 24 hours of the request being made.

If you need to validate the learning activity of your group members, they are able to individually download their activity logs and verifiable CPD certificates to provide to you as evidence. The activity logs contain details of which courses they have completed and how much verifiable CPD they have earned.

In line with GDC, CQC and GDPR requirements, we have securely stored all your learning history from the old 4everlearning site.

We are in the process of uploading all members’ learning history from the old website to your PDP Activity Log, which is accessed from the menu at the top right hand side of your screen.

If you find an empty PDP Activity Log (as your profile has not yet been updated), you can email us at cpd@4everlearning.com and we will send you a copy of your PDP activity log from the old 4everlearning site within five working days.

We are in the process of uploading all members’ learning history from the old website to your PDP Activity Log, which is accessed from the menu at the top right hand side of your screen.

If your PDP Activity Log is empty (as your profile has not yet been updated), or if the GDC / CQC / your employer request evidence of the CPD you earned on the old 4everlearning site please email cpd@4everlearning.com

We will endeavour to send your PDP and all certificates for the required period within 5 working days.
